Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Work set-up: Hybrid, Dayshift
Location: Makati
Salary: 90,000 to 100,000

Job Details:

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team and build scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions. You’ll play a key role in technical decisions, system design, and delivering high-quality products while collaborating with Product, QA, Design, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) experience, particularly Product Setup, Claims, and other OIPA modules.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Life, Group, or Health Insurance applications.
• Strong skills in one or more of Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and modern application architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases and Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
