Software Engineer - Oracle Integration

This role is for a Software Engineer specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) integrations within an enterprise environment.

The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting secure, scalable integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal or external systems using technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fast Formulas, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and related tools.

The engineer collaborates with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support.

Key duties involve developing integration orchestrations, handling error processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with modern application frameworks, cloud environments (Azure, Google), and knowledge of database and analytics systems.

Preferred qualifications include Oracle certifications, experience with healthcare software, and familiarity with Agile practices.

The position involves a hybrid work arrangement, occasional on-site presence, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation, emphasizing technical communication, analytical skills, and adaptability.
