Software Engineer (Project-Based)

We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join us on a project-based engagement to build and scale technology that powers intelligent customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain customer experience services and integrations.
• Develop APIs and workflows supporting customer support operations.
• Create reusable services and components.
• Implement customer journey enhancements and automation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing workflows.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and testable software.
• Develop automated unit, integration, API, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, deployments, and continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

Required

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS (required).
• Experience building customer-facing applications.
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Experience writing automated tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and software quality best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with customer service platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered applications or workflow automation.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience testing AI-enabled applications.
• Experience working with experimentation or feature flag platforms.
