What You Bring to the Role

• 3-5 years of relevant software development or software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with DXC GraphTalk is a must-have requirement
• Experience working with insurance applications or policy administration systems
• Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Life Insurance, Savings Products, Retirement Savings, Unit-Linked Products, Claims Management, or Protection Products
• Experience with core insurance systems, ideally DXC GraphTalk or similar platforms such as Guidewire or SAP FS-ICM
• Strong understanding of complex business rules and insurance processes
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the DXC GraphTalk platform
• Support business initiatives within the Savings and Claims domains
• Implement and maintain complex insurance business rules and workflows
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Configure and customize insurance products and processes within GraphTalk
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and other engineering teams
• Participate in application integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure system stability and performance
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and technical standards
