W2 only, NO CORP TO CORP

Hybrid-3 days/week on site in St. Louis. Must be local or willing to relocate before starting.

The team is the Servicenow platform team. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Servicenow platform. A strategic reset has produced this need. New implementation. Best practices and standards around data organization. CDM will be followed.

This person will be tied to certain modules in Servicenow. A lot of heads-down work. Will get paired with a BA and engineer to rework some modules. Helping with testing and validation. Deployment. Releases. Looking for a senior level candidate.

3 must-have skills: attention to detail, good communication, technical expertise on servicenow platform.

Nice-to-have skills: experience with common service data model. Experience doing a reset of the servicenow platform.

Arrangements: Local candidates only. Core business hours must be worked. start between 7-9am. Hybrid 3 days a week, flexible days.

Requirement: Bachelor's degree or 20+ years experience due to conversion possibility.

• Job Description:

A Senior or Lead Software Engineer with ServiceNow Platform expertise. This person will be leading and contributing to a strategic reset of ServiceNow Platform. We are starting over with a new greenfield instance following ServiceNow best practices and standards for out of the box configuration where possible to reduce technical debt as well as following the Common Service Data Model. Has the following modules that will be re-built and enabled during this effort: ITSM, On-call Module, Platform Analytics, Employee Center, Collaborative Work Management, Integrations, SAM, HAM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Business Continuity, GRC/IRM (Vendor Risk Management), NowAssist for ITSM, Virtual Agent.
