The Role

As a Software Engineer specialising in ServiceNow, you'll play a key role in developing, enhancing and supporting our ServiceNow platform. Working closely with both Technology and Finance stakeholders, you'll help deliver solutions that improve business processes, increase efficiency and support the ongoing evolution of our enterprise systems

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support business and technology outcomes
• Build workflows, integrations and automation capabilities across the platform
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance and support platform reliability
• Test, deploy and maintain changes across the ServiceNow environment
• Manage platform upgrades, releases and ongoing improvements
• Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation and support end users when required

We're looking for a proactive Software Engineer with ServiceNow experience and a passion for delivering practical solutions that make a difference to the business.

You’ll bring:

• Experience developing and supporting solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, integrations and automation
• The ability to troubleshoot issues and identify effective solutions
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and business stakeholders
• A collaborative approach, with the initiative to take ownership and drive outcomes
• Experience working in Agile environments or similar delivery teams
