SOFTWARE ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

SKILLS, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Related working experience in the field of production/engineering
• With Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Computer literate
• Has leadership ability

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and guide software engineers, programmers, and technical staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct performance evaluations and technical support to team members.
• Promote teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning within the department.
• Review software requirements, specifications, and design documents.
• Oversee software testing, debugging, validation, and deployment activities.
• Conducts training and skills development of subordinate
• Coordinate work functions with co-workers and other organizational departments
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Follow procedures, policies, company rules and regulations.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,RBA, and other relevant management systems.
