We’re looking for a Software Engineer – Team Lead with strong C# or Java experience to lead a small team, build reliable solutions, and turn business needs into real-world applications. If you enjoy coding, problem-solving and guiding others, this could be your next move.

What You Will Do?

• Own It End-to-End – Take solutions from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
• Build & Enhance – Develop reliable applications using C# or Java.
• Partner with the Business – Turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Keep Things Running – Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance, stability and reliability.
• Lead & Grow the Team – Mentor engineers, review code and champion development best practices.
• Drive Automation – Work across teams to enhance automation/RPA solutions and deliver new features.
• Explore What’s Next – Explore emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance development and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in C# OR Java – Must Have
• Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns and REST APIs
• Experience with SQL and Git/Bitbucket
• Able to communicate directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with .NET, RPA or automation platforms is an advantage
• Exposure to Copilot, Gemini or other AI development tools is an added advantage
• This role ideal for a hands-on engineer ready to combine coding, technical ownership and team leadership.
