Job Summary

DevVaults is looking for passionate and motivated interns interested in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). This internship offers an opportunity to work on real-world software projects, explore AI-powered applications, develop technical skills, and gain practical industry experience under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Software Engineering

• Assist in developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Support web application development, API integration, and database management.
• Use Git and version control tools to manage code changes.
• Collaborate with developers and team members on ongoing projects.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

• Assist in developing and testing AI- and ML-based applications.
• Work with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Explore machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Assist in preparing datasets, analyzing data, and identifying useful patterns.
• Explore AI APIs, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI tools.
• Support the integration of AI models and intelligent features into software applications.
• Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to experiments and prototypes.
• Document findings, experiments, and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related degree program.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, PHP, or another relevant language.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development concepts.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, data science, or intelligent software applications.
• Familiarity with Python libraries, APIs, databases, or Git is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Availability to work on-site in Lahore for the internship duration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or personal projects in software development, AI, ML, or data science.
• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Basic understanding of machine learning models, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Interest in generative AI, prompt engineering, LLMs, or AI application development.
• A GitHub profile, technical portfolio, or project demonstrations.
