Pay Range: $65 - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a family of deep-learning models end to end, including architecture, checkpoints, evaluation pipelines, and serving infrastructure.
• Integrate models into internal and cross-functional tools and workflows via API/endpoint integration and web UI onboarding.
• Operate always-on model inference capacity: monitor traffic, resolve throttling, tune auto-scaling, and redeploy as needed.
• Run analysis and interpret model evaluations, applying minor bug fixes and managing version bumps.
• Communicate with and support model users across various domains, including audio engineers, SDEs, and research scientists.
• Serve as on-call for the covered services.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, Speech or Signal Processing, Acoustics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience operating production services, including on-call, ticket queues, and access management.
• Familiarity with audio concepts (waveforms, sample rate, spectrograms) to validate model outputs.
• Excellent communication skills with non-ML audiences.
• Experience with internal ML platform tooling stack and audio, speech, or perceptual quality models.
• Experience developing lightweight web front ends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and a deep-learning framework such as PyTorch.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and ML engineering practices.
• Basic knowledge of audio and signal processing.
• Ability to work independently.
