- Strong software engineering leadership experience.
- Ability to lead teams building core lending or financial-services systems.
- Comfort with architecture, delivery ownership, and mentoring engineers.
- Experience in fintech, credit, compliance, or pricing systems is relevant.
- Ability to work remotely across multiple African markets.
