We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our R&D department. This team of engineers is responsible for developing Oligo’s platform for Application Security Posture. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team and driving the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality features in our product.

You will:

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle including design, architecture, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable code.
• Tackle complex technical challenges, identifying root causes, and delivering timely, effective solutions for customers requests and problems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Oligo.
• Engage in hands-on development of features.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading or managing a development team of at least 5 engineers.
• 6+ years of experience in backend development in cloud environments.
• Proven track record of designing and building backend services using modern technologies in high-scale and throughput.
• Experience with relational DBs (e.g. PostgreSQL), message brokers (e.g. Kafka) and caching solutions (e.g. Redis) for data processing.
• Experience working with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience working directly with customers or client-facing teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
