Software Engineering Tech Lead

About Techbridge

• Work for International tech companies remotely from Greece

The client

They've raised $100M and they work with some of the largest companies in the world, the kind of names you'd recognise straight away. What they actually do is take an idea for an LLM-powered application and get it live in production in days. In most enterprises that same project takes a year and a half, if it ever ships at all.

About the Role

A hands-on technical lead. You'll own the architecture behind the product and still spend most of your week in the code — designing systems, making the calls on how things get built, and setting the standard the rest of the team codes to. It's a lead role in the sense that people follow your technical judgement, not in the sense that you stop building.

Responsibilities :

• Own architecture and technical direction for strategic enterprise AI initiatives
• Design and deliver scalable AI solutions directly with enterprise customers
• Stay hands-on in the code alongside the engineering teams
• Drive decisions across scalability, reliability, performance and system design
• Shape engineering standards and long-term technical direction

Required Skills :

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Node.js, TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks
• Deep experience with distributed systems in production
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered products or platforms
• Equally comfortable with engineers and executives in the room
• Based in Greece, or moving back to Greece
