Role Description

We are seeking a versatile and analytical Software Engineer / Assistant Project Manager / Data Analyst to support technology development, project coordination, data analysis, and business improvement initiatives. The role also involves supporting project planning and execution by coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, preparing documentation, and monitoring deliverables. You will work closely with project managers, developers, designers, business teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with approved objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will assist with gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, preparing project plans, maintaining action trackers, organizing meetings, recording decisions, and following up on outstanding tasks. Responsibilities include identifying project risks, escalating issues, supporting change management activities, and providing regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders.

The position requires analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, business opportunities, and operational issues. You will collect, clean, validate, transform, and interpret datasets while preparing reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical summaries that help management and business teams make informed decisions.

You will use statistical methods, data visualization techniques, SQL queries, spreadsheets, business intelligence platforms, and analytical tools to evaluate business performance and support forecasting, reporting, and process optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs), improve data quality, and develop meaningful analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software development, project coordination, data analysis, and business technology principles.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, testing methodologies, debugging, and application deployment.
• Understanding of project management principles, project scheduling, task tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other structured project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, statistical analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex information and identify practical solutions.
