About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and industry-oriented Software Faculty to deliver practical, career-focused training in accounting, business and professional software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong software knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to train students through practical, hands-on sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging theory and practical training sessions for students.
• Train students in relevant accounting and business software, including:
• Tally Prime
• SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA
• Zoho Books
• QuickBooks
• Sage 50
• MS Office & Advanced Excel
• Other relevant business and accounting applications.
• Demonstrate real-world accounting and business processes using software.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assignments and assessments.
• Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshoot students' software-related issues.
• Integrate AI and GenAI tools into accounting and business software training where applicable.
• Conduct practical projects and industry-oriented activities.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records and academic documentation.
• Stay updated with new software features, accounting technologies and industry practices.
• Support academic activities, workshops, seminars and student career-development programmes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting/business software.
• Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime, SAP FICO, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and Advanced Excel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Strong classroom management and student-engagement skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI-powered accounting technologies.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant teaching, training or industry experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong software knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with practical experience in accounting, audit, taxation, finance or ERP implementation will be preferred.
