Job Title: Implementation Engineer – HRMS

Experience: 2–6 Years in HRMS / HR Software Implementation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Implementation Engineer – HRMS to manage the implementation, configuration, deployment, training, and support of HRMS solutions for clients.

The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their HR processes, configure the HRMS application according to business requirements, coordinate with internal technical teams, and ensure successful implementation within the agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HRMS implementation at client organizations.
• Understand client HR processes and gather functional requirements.
• Configure HRMS modules based on customer requirements.
• Assist in employee master data migration, validation, and system setup.
• Configure organisational structures, departments, designations, employee categories, leave policies, attendance rules, and other HR parameters.
• Implement and configure modules.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Perform application testing and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Support, and Project Management teams for issue resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth system adoption.
• Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, training materials, and project status reports.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel to client locations when required for implementation and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in HRMS implementation, HR software implementation, or enterprise software implementation.
• Good understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Knowledge of Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Employee Management, and Performance Management systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or oracle database concepts.
• Good understanding of software implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in implementing HRMS / HRIS / Payroll Software.
• Knowledge of biometric attendance systems and integrations.
• Experience with payroll configuration and statutory requirements will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of API/integration concepts is desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL or Oracle or similar databases is preferred.
• Prior experience handling enterprise customers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
