Software Implementation Engineer

Two positions available: one in Johannesburg and one in Pretoria.

Help us build the next generation of enterprise automation by deploying AI agents that act as a digital workforce for clients. You'll connect LLMs to complex systems, delivering measurable business value.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with LLM orchestration for AI agents (RAG, voice)
• Strong REST API and webhook integration skills
• Proficient in data mapping with Python and Excel
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, WhatsApp, SendGrid APIs
• Ability to explain complex AI to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience designing testing and human-in-the-loop workflows

What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and optimize autonomous AI agents for enterprise clients
• Lead end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise platforms and build business process workflows
• Use analytics to continuously improve live agent performance
