The Software Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful deployment and integration of software solutions for complex customers.

TOP SKILLS:

• Experience overseeing and managing enterprise level SAAS implementations in the healthcare

space--specifically direct experience supporting hospital systems, perioperative services, sterile processing departments, laboratory systems, clinical workflows and EHR implementations.

• Ability to be the SME for a digital workflow solution on a client-facing level—managing 15-20 projects at once.

• Ability to work in an environment that needs maturing and direction

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

• PMP Certification

Requirements

• Experience managing Customer-facing projects in healthcare--specifically hospital systems, perioperative services, sterile processing departments, laboratory systems, clinical workflows or EHR implementations.

• Ability to professionally manage Customers to their own due dates and deliverables

• Experience overseeing software implementation projects

• Proficiency in project management tools

• Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of information technology terminology

and troubleshooting

• 3 years Project Management experience with Healthcare software

• Strong computer skills, including experience Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

• Ability to travel in US and Canada 25-30%

• Direct hands-on experience in a CRM systems environment preferred.

• PMP certification
