Software Implementor

About the role

Lead implementation activities for software systems, including setup, configuration, data migration, training and workshops with end users. Develop project proposals outlining scope, timeline, pricing and requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with development teams for solutions. Work closely with development teams, product owners, and management to enhance system functionality and align with business goals. Support sales activities through technical expertise, product demonstrations, and client requirements analysis. Build and maintain customer relationships and contact new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation activities, including system setup, configuration, data migration (if any), conduct training and workshop with end user
• Develop project proposals, outlining project scope, timeline, pricing and requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the development team for solutions
• Work closely with the development team, product owner, and management team to enhance system functionality and align with business goals
• Support sales activities by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with client requirements analysis
• Build relationship with customers
• Contact new customers

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, Maintenance Management, IoT, and AI
• Strong sense of ownership, high accountability, and ability to work well under pressure
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain high satisfaction with clients
• Advanced English skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able and willing to travel for client site visits as needed
