Software Infrastructure Engineer

I'm partnered with an early-stage autonomous underwater robotics company hiring a Software Infrastructure Engineer to help scale its fleet of AUVs.

You're perfect if you have:

• 3-5+ years in robotics, autonomy, infrastructure, DevOps/SRE or deployment engineering
• Built CI/CD, automated testing, SIL/HIL and release pipelines for physical systems
• Experience deploying and maintaining software across robots, drones, AVs or other autonomous systems
• Strong C++/Python, Linux and hardware/software integration
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, telemetry, logging or robot data pipelines
• Exposure to fleet operations, remote monitoring or command & control
• ROS/ROS2, Docker/Kubernetes or embedded Linux experience is a plus

Why jump in:

• Own the build, test and deployment infrastructure behind a growing AUV fleet
• Build cloud command & control and automated data infrastructure for robots operating in the ocean
• Join a team of 12 engineers, pre-Series A team with significant technical ownership
• Work directly with deployed hardware and participate in ocean testing
• $160k-$200k base + equity + benefits
• Bay Area, CA - onsite/hybrid
