Software Maintenance Engineer

Find the causes of existing software failures and build safe, tested repairs.

What you'll do:

• Reproduce defects and investigate logs, application code, APIs and stored data.

• Build focused repairs and regression tests; participate in code review and safe release checks.

• Record impact, diagnosis, recovery steps and evidence of the repair.

• Maintain troubleshooting guides and reliable handovers to other engineers.

Skills we're looking for:

Hands-on application debugging, backend/API investigation, regression tests, version control and safe release/rollback practices.

Employment: Full-time.

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in person in Paramus, New Jersey.

Salary: $88,900-$150,000 per year.
