Software / Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and firmware development is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of hardware-software integration, electronics components, and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, sensors, or smart device networks.
• Experience in whitebox and blackbox testing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and project support when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in product design and development, particularly in firmware and hardware-level software applications.
• Validate software and firmware designs and ensure functionality meets product and hardware specifications.
• Support product certification processes and participate in internal and external technical audits.
• Conduct product testing, device evaluation, and system validation activities.
• Deliver product presentations and provide product training to customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation, integration, and application of the company’s products.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, interfaces, or communication dropouts encountered by customers and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Sales teams to support product development and customer requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, application notes, and support the sales team during bidding and tender processes.
