Software Product Documentation Specialist

The Product Documentation Specialist at CareVision is a critical role that is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer and stakeholder experience by creating, managing and updating Technical and User Product Documentation, Knowledgeable and Training Content, and communications to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Content creation for internal and external stakeholders across both system user, job functions, and features, including:

Technical Product Documentation

Establish and Maintain a Data Dictionary

Step by Step Guides 

FAQ / Common Questions 

• Collaborate with developers, quality control testers, solution architects, support team, trainers and consultants in the generation of accurate, factual, product documentation.
• Conducting QA of other team member product documentation and testing its validity to ensure high quality accurate documentation is maintained
• Establishing and managing a register of content and channels in which it is published and maintained, to ensure updates are easily managed and distributed across various channels
• Publishing and distribution of content through various channels including the Kajabi Academy, Support Knowledgebase (Zoho Desk), Email Notifications, Internal Confluence Product Documentation Spaces,
• Work with marketing team members to ensure the promotion of relevant content and informative newsletter announcements about new and improved documentation, while also promoting content to be included in the automated client onboarding nurture process.

• You have strong analytical skills and can grasp complex topics in detail and explain them in easy to understand language
• You have high attention to detail
• You can organise concepts logically and clearly so that they are easily understood.
• You have a strong grasp of financial concepts and understand the importance of specificity when documenting financial concepts and workflows
• You can work independently and manage your workload to achieve deliverables
• You are a good communicator and can engage relevant team members to help educate yourself on topics  you need to write about
• You believe in the importance of of fact checking and testing your documentation
• You have +3 years experience with writing technical software documentation
