Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Software Program Manager to drive the ongoing development, deployment, and management of our Data Exchange Platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical project management skills, technical expertise in data platforms, and experience engaging with government and enterprise customers in India. A key part of the role involves active customer engagement, understanding client requirements, and preparing compelling project proposals tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the data exchange platform projects.
• Engage with Indian government clients and other stakeholders to understand their data sharing needs and operational requirements.
• Prepare, develop, and present comprehensive project proposals, including scope, timelines, budgets, and benefits, tailored to customer initiatives.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships, managing expectations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, security, and compliance to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that platform features align with data privacy, security, and governance standards pertinent to government and public sector clients.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, schedule, and resource constraints.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Act as a bridge between customer needs and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in program - project management within software development or data platforms.
• Proven experience managing customer engagements, developing project proposals, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Experience working with government or public sector clients in India is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements in India (e.g., IT Act, data localization laws).
• Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, data APIs, and system integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and adapt to evolving customer requirements.

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of Indian government digital initiatives like Digital India, NIC, or MeitY standards.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial project proposals.
• Experience working in multilingual and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Exposure to cybersecurity and data sovereignty issues.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
