About the Role

Binated Inc. is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Software Project Coordinator to support software development projects. The role involves coordinating with development teams, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, timelines, and Agile Sprints
• Track project progress, tasks, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
• Track project issues, risks, and dependencies
• Support resource allocation and scheduling
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Sprints
• Familiarity with software development processes and project management tools
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
