Software Project Manager

• Lead software project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring ASPICE compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure process compliance and deploy best practices of ASPICE across all software projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources while maintaining ASPICE process requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Define, implement, and track relevant project metrics (KPIs) aligned with ASPICE standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues. Drive escalations and track to closure when deviations occur.
• Oversee supplier and vendor management as applicable to project deliverables.
• Conduct periodic meetings with all stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/electrical & Electronics/Information Technology/Project Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in software project management, preferably in automotive or embedded systems domain.
• Strong understanding of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) framework and its application in software projects.
• KPIs definitions and analysis experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

is an advantage.

• Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety standard & IATF16949 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 21434 cybersecurity engineering standard for road vehicles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
