Zlideshow turns event photos and video clips into multimedia experiences guests can enjoy while the celebration is still happening. We’re looking for a hands-on Software Project Manager who wants to help build the product—and potentially earn an ownership stake in the company.

This opportunity combines $1,500 in monthly pay with the possibility of a sweat-equity stock package tied to your contribution and agreed terms. We’re seeking someone excited to invest their talent and effort in our growth.

You’ll work remotely with three programmers, a network manager, and our Founder/CEO. Our team works remotely, and our main customer base is in South Florida, USA.

What you’ll do

• Organize development priorities, tasks, deadlines, and team communication.
• Create proposed user interface screens with suggested layouts, text, buttons, and user flows.
• Present two to three ideas for each key operation or workflow to continuously improve the product.
• Turn ideas into clear requirements programmers can implement.
• Test features, track issues, and coordinate fixes.

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing software or digital product development.
• The ability to create useful wireframes or screen mockups.
• Excellent reliability, follow-through, and deadline management.
• Clear communication, creative thinking, and the ability to work independently.
• A willingness to take ownership and help a growing company succeed.

Pluses

• Experience with ClickUp, interface design tools, or startups.
• Availability during Eastern U.S. business hours.
• South Florida location—a big plus.
• Spanish and/or French language skills.

Compensation and growth

Part-time: $1,500/month. A sweat-equity stock package may be negotiated based on responsibilities and contribution, subject to a written agreement. Equity is not guaranteed.
