What they need
We are looking for a Senior - Lead QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to lead test strategy, automation, and performance testing for our SaaS and white-label web products. You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure top-notch product quality, release stability, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Execution: Design test plans for SaaS and white-label web products.
- Automation & Performance: Build automated test frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) and run load/stress tests (JMeter).
- API & Data QA: Test RESTful APIs using Postman and validate database records using SQL.
- Agile Collaboration: Join sprint planning, track bugs, and ensure smooth releases with Dev, Product, and Design teams.
- Mentorship & Quality: Improve QA processes and guide junior engineers.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years in QA working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on skills with Postman, Selenium or Cypress, and JMeter.
- Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB (data validation via SQL).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bonus: Python scripting, SaaS platform testing, or prior mentorship experience.
