Software Quality Assurance

Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products through thorough testing and validation

Job Description:

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing to ensure applications meet requirements and perform as expected.
• Conduct API testing and validation using Postman.
• Perform continuous testing to maintain the quality of applications before release.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring test cases are properly executed before delivery to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand business requirements, objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear descriptions, reproduction steps, and supporting evidence.
• Work closely with developers to analyze reported issues, validate fixes, and ensure problems are resolved effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, workflows, and overall product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with Product and Development teams.

Plus points

• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with API documentation, REST API, and JSON.
• Experience working in a SaaS, CRM, POS, or technology environment.
• Experience working with Agile development teams.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools.
