Software Quality Assurance

WAW Group Global is looking for an experienced Software QA to test and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions, including CRM, ERP, accounting systems, and other business applications.

You will work closely with Developers and project teams to identify issues, validate fixes, and ensure our systems are ready for deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Test web applications, APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Conduct stress and load testing to identify system issues.
• Validate automated workflows, AI integrations, and data accuracy.
• Test user permissions, security controls, and data isolation.
• Create test cases, document bugs, and provide clear reproduction steps.
• Coordinate with Developers to resolve issues and retest fixes.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and final system validation.
• Perform automated testing when applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in software QA or testing.
• Must have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience testing SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, accounting software, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of API, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Experience using Postman, Jira, or similar QA tools.
• Understanding of databases, authentication, and data security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Developers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience testing AI integrations and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
