What You'll Do

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios based on business and system requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality and stability.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
• Verify bug fixes and help prevent issues from reaching production.
• Contribute to automation testing initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Maintain test documentation, test scripts, and test data.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project management, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software releases.
• Stay current with QA tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Skills & Experience

Core Skills

• Understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Experience with manual testing and defect management.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or Java .
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and testing tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and ownership of quality outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira and TestRail .
• Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium or QF-Test .
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
• Interest in building a career in QA automation and software quality engineering.
