Role Description

The Quality Assurance Intern role at EON TECH is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, the intern will support quality assurance activities, including reviewing processes, documenting quality standards, and assisting in testing procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices. The intern will help collect and analyze quality-related data, prepare reports, and participate in audits or inspections under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, updating quality documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and learning how AI and technology projects are governed by quality frameworks. This position offers practical experience in quality assurance within a fast-paced technology environment and opportunities for mentorship and skills development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to support testing, process checks, and issue identification.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Quality Management principles, including documentation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar compliance frameworks, and be able to apply structured quality procedures where relevant.
• Candidates should possess basic Quality Auditing skills, such as assisting in internal reviews, preparing checklists, and supporting corrective action follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow structured procedures accurately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Vietnamese proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate in a team environment, and learn quickly in a technology-focused organization.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data/Process Management, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in quality or operations is a plus.
