  • Perform source-to-target data mapping, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data is transferred accurately and completely between systems.
  • Analyze business requirements, technical specifications, data mappings, and integration requirements to determine appropriate testing coverage.
  • Identify, document, communicate, and track defects, risks, data discrepancies, and process issues through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, software engineers, architects, product owners, application owners, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure established quality standards, controls, and goals are incorporated into business and technology solutions.
  • Participate in and facilitate problem-solving sessions involving software defects, data-quality issues, integration failures, and process gaps.
  • Support test automation activities and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, repeatability, and coverage.
  • Perform quality-control activities throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Estimate testing effort, resource requirements, schedules, and deliverables for assigned initiatives.
  • Develop quality reports, testing metrics, defect summaries, status updates, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide consistent and timely feedback to application and process owners regarding quality results, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enterprise software engineering, testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide guidance regarding required software artifacts, testing documentation, and enterprise-supported processes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain clear documentation of testing activities, findings, decisions, and final results.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
