WE ARE HIRING: SR. SOFTWARE QUALITY ENGINEER I

Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid – 8x onsite per month
Employment Type: Project-Based (Extension & Absorption)

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Quality Engineer I with strong expertise in Functional Testing and Tosca Test Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing and automation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong experience in Functional Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca Test Automation.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience in defect identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform functional testing to ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain functional test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform end-to-end testing and identify, document, and track defects.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze automation results.
• Support regression, integration, and system testing activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates on testing activities.
