Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Support and guide mobile app testing throughout development
• Collaborate as a quality expert with the product team
• Apply agile best practices aligned with company goals and market trends
• Build an internal community focused on quality, innovation and growth
• Provide technical support for software testing: automation, functional/non-functional, exploratory, integration and CI/CD
• Help prioritize product team tasks, balancing quality and deadlines
• Uphold and support agile development standards
• Ensure quality at every stage of the software lifecycle

• Experience in agile development environments

• Expertise in testing and willingness to share knowledge

• Up-to-date with modern testing techniques and tools

• Willingness to dive into code and analyze production data

• Drive to implement improvements and ideas

• Willing to work from Gdańsk office at least 2x/week or relocate to Trójmiasto

• Good command of English
