Software Sales Agent

Job Summary

PrismTMS is transportation management software for freight brokerages and trucking companies, covering dispatch, load tracking, carrier compliance, document generation, and invoicing in one platform. We're hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle: prospect and close new business, then stay on as the client's main point of contact and grow the account over time. The relationships you build are yours to keep and expand.

Duties

• Prospect new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry networking
• Run inbound and outbound leads through the full pipeline, from first call to signed deal
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the accounts you bring in
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing book of business
• Lead account reviews, renewal conversations, and proposals
• Track pipeline and account activity in the CRM
• Work with operations and product teams to resolve client issues

Requirements

• 1+ years in sales, business development, or account management
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to manage a full pipeline alongside an existing account portfolio
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight an asset
• Bilingual (French/English) an asset

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
