Software Sales

This is a contract position (1099).

Skills/Requirements:

Looking for someone who ideally already is familiar with software sales, but if no experience in selling software specifically, that is not a deal breaker. Candidate does not need extensive ‘experience’ in selling, but that does help. Needs to be comfortable making cold calls to Microsoft Partners, and end clients that would utlize my software applications. Having a good work ethic and drive to succeed are the two biggest qualities I am looking for in a candidate

Wage:

Candidate needs to be comfortable with working off of a strictly commission based compensation. The potential for substantially increasing compensation comes with selling software applications (this to be discussed on interview). Since this is a 1099 position, there are no benefits in terms of 401k, paid time off, medical insurance, etc (this should be obvious, but just to be clear).

Location:

Candidate needs to be located around the Tampa, FL area. I have no issue with candidate working from home about most of the time, but at times we will need to be working from a central location. I have a home office, so we would need to have a central meetup location that works for both of us.

About Vescovi Software:

I (Alex Vescovi) am a programmer/software engineer, and started my company about 4 years ago. I have multiple applications/extensions that I have programmed, and I consistently continue to program net new applications .I also program custom logic based on requirements I receive from various end clients I do programming work for. My applications need more exposure, which is why I am looking for a salesperson.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
