Software Sales Specialist (Inside Sales)

What We're Looking For

✔ 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales within the IT/Software/SaaS industry for domestic and international market.

✔ Strong B2B sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔ Good understanding of the Indian software market and the complete sales cycle

✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar

✔ Mandatory experience in both Indian and International calling/sales processes

✔ Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

� Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.

� Conduct online product presentations and demonstrations.

� Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

� Manage the complete inside sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

� Build and maintain strong client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

� Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams for seamless sales

execution.
