Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Software Salesman to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong software sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell software solutions to businesses and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with the technical and management teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Conduct regular client visits and market research.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software sales or IT solution sales.
• GCC work experience is mandatory.
• Valid Oman Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Oman/GCC business market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid residence status in Oman will be an advantage.
• Candidates with an existing network of corporate clients will be preferred.
