Technical Orchestration Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution You dont just track deadlines you identify architectural risks and technical debt before they impact delivery

DevSecOps Champion You will ensure that we are automated and compliant against all the controls and what is the definition of done along with managing risk and compliance of the product and services

DaytoDay Operations Manage sprint health remove technical blockers and facilitate highsignal standups You are the shield for the engineering team balancing feature rush with system stability

Handson Support While you arent the primary feature developer you are expected to be keyboardreadycapable of performing deepdive code reviews debugging infrastructureascode Terraform or troubleshooting a production incident

Open Source Advocacy Guide the team in selecting and implementing the right opensource tools to replace proprietary vendor platforms

SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRE

Engineering Roots 10 years in software development with recent handson experience in at least two of our core languages Java Python Nodejs or Go

GCP understanding Knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructureGKE Cloud Run IdentityAware Proxy and Cloud SQL PostgreSQL

Delivery Excellence Proven track record of leading crossfunctional teams Frontend Backend SRE using AgileScrumKanban methodologies
