Software Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Engineer (TE) for assigned projects, handling technical implementation and resolving delivery-related technical issues.
• Participate in integration planning and solution design for project delivery.
• Develop and execute integration and delivery solutions covering deployment, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and acceptance.
• Ensure proposed technical solutions are practical, deliverable, and aligned with project requirements.
• Provide after-care support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance to customers after implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with:

  • Networking
  • SQL
  • Database Administration
  • Linux/Unix Operating Systems

• Basic knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and project teams.

• Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig.
