We are looking for:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our team of architects who collectively design and govern our enterprise architecture. In this pure solution architecture role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive architectural designs that span the entire solution landscape. You'll collaborate across organizational boundaries with Product, Development, IT, Security, Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams, serving as the bridge that unifies these perspectives into cohesive solution designs.

You will be part of a technology-driven organization with over 200 in-house developed SaaS systems. The technology ecosystem spans hybrid environments - both on-premises and cloud - providing the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs. Most applications are built using C# and Java, following modern architectural principles such as Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, and Microservices.

What you will do:

• Design end-to-end application architectures using Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, and Microservices patterns
• Create comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including domain models, event flows, service boundaries, and data models
• Develop detailed solution architectures and system interaction diagrams.
• Capture non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, privacy, and security, and incorporate them in the solution design, infrastructure, and architecture.
• Work with enterprise architects, product managers, project teams, and functional and technical analysts to design solution architecture.
• Lead working sessions to develop technical solutions and socialize such solutions to gain alignment and consensus with stakeholders

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of work experience as a Solution Architect
• 3+ Experience designing or developing enterprise-grade scalable software solutions
• Proven experience in programming Languages: C# and Java ecosystems (architectural level)
• Architecture Patterns: Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database architectures (SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, Snowflake)
• Experience with hybrid cloud deployments (on-premises and cloud)
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture patterns (both as a provider and consumer)
• Experience with working on real-time systems with high scales
• Good presentation skills and the ability to present to a large audience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of English and the ability to work in a global work environment
