Software Support & Business Operations Executive

Madcodres Technologies is looking for a smart, confident, and responsible Software Support & Business Operations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual testing of ERP, Inventory, Billing & POS software
• Identify bugs and report issues to the development team
• Re-test fixes and new software features
• Provide software support and training to customers
• Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
• Sales lead follow-up and software demonstrations
• Support sales and marketing activities
• Maintain customer and lead records
• Handle basic company accounts and daily expense records
• Customer payment and outstanding follow-up
• Prepare quotations, invoices and related documents
• Assist with general office and business operations

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science / M.Com / MBA or similar qualification
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Interest in software testing and technology
• Sales and marketing ability is an advantage
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Confident, responsible and organized

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with experience in ERP/Accounting Software, Manual Testing, Software Support, Customer Support, Sales or Accounts will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,850.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
