Job Responsibilities

• Train customers and employees on our POS software and its features.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Assist customers with system setup, configuration, and day-to-day usage.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth operation of the system.
• Explain software functions clearly and professionally to users with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Report technical issues and customer feedback to the development team.
• Prepare training materials and assist with software demonstrations.
• Occasionally visit customers on-site for installation, training, and support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Living in Kesserwan area
• Good knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of databases or SQL is a plus.
• Fluent Arabic and good English are required.
• Lebanese driving license and a car is required
