What they need
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software issues for retail clients across POS, ERP, and CRM integrations.
- Troubleshoot API and system integration problems; escalate complex cases to developers.
- Monitor system dashboards and perform preventative checks to minimize downtime.
- Investigate issues using SQL, log analysis tools, and system diagnostics.
- Document solutions and create customer-facing guides in knowledge management systems.
- Provide clear, timely technical updates and support to retail clients.
- Support 24/7 critical system operations with after-hours availability as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
- 2+ years software support experience; retail/distribution systems experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, log analysis (Splunk), and API troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of POS, inventory management, and CRM software.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues; troubleshoot POS, ERP, CRM integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and patience with non-technical users.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
