Software Support Consultant

We are looking for a customer-focused Software Support Consultant to provide support and assistance to Wings ERP users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support calls and resolve software-related queries.
• Understand business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers with software configuration and usage.
• Coordinate with the technical/development team for issue resolution.
• Conduct customer training and product demonstrations when required.

Requirements:

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• ERP/software support experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of business processes.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
