Software Support Consultant

• Provide technical and functional support for financial software.
• Handle client queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Assist clients with software implementation, configuration.
• Coordinate with the development team to resolve software-related issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements

• Experience in NBFC, Nidhi Company, or Co-operative Society operations or software support.
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions, loan management, deposits, and accounting.
• Ability to handle client support independently.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
