Software Support (ERP)

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in imparting software Training & implementation.
• Hands on experience on working on Software / ERP / Support.
• Responsible for ERP Software Training and implementation at client's end.
• Experience in Jewellery Domain is a big plus.
• Experience in Deployment and Training of Software Product to Multiple Clients.
• Act as a bridge between client and development team for support activities.
• Resolve client queries / problems related to the software products.
• Persistence /Ability to complete tasks assigned, handle pressure with deadlines
• Intermediate Level of Excel would be an add on

Preferred candidate profile

• Smart / Go getter with a winner's attitude.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good Computer Knowledge and ability to diagnose problems.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Training will be provided for the complete ERP.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
