B.Com/ M.Com/ BE/ BCA in Computers or Any Graduate

• 1+ years of experience in Software Support or software hands on of Tally/Marg/Busy/Quick books/Any Other ERP or software.

• Creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning.

• Providing training to employees, Partners or Clients.

• Knowledge of internet, Ms Excel and word must.

• Roles Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to software users via phone, email, or chat.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues reported by customers.

• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for software problems.

• Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or engineering teams.

• Document and track issues reported by customers in the support ticketing system.

• Collaborate with product development teams to improve software based on user feedback.

• Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support.

• Understand the business process; configure the software as per training given.

• Support customer for data entry and guide them, if required do data entry for them.

• Insert customer data by inputting text based, Excel based and numerical information from source documents.
