Software Support Officer

We are looking for a Support Officer onsite Johar Town Lahore ,
*1. Academic Requirements*

• Bachelor's degree (CS/IT/Business preferred, not strictly required by major)

• Fresh graduates acceptable if they show strong troubleshooting aptitude in interview

*2. Skills*

• Structured troubleshooting / root cause analysis (same symptom can stem from network, software, or billing issues, needs to isolate cause not guess)

• Accounting and inventory logic literacy (tax calculation, discount application, stock valuation, billing math)

• Strong written communication in Urdu and English (support runs over WhatsApp, speed and clarity directly affect SLA)

• Basic networking fluency (can tell a connectivity issue from a software issue)

• Comfortable working under a monitored, KPI tracked, SLA driven system

*3. Kind of Work We Do*

• Frontline technical support for restaurant and retail clients over WhatsApp and internal tools

• POS and ERP support for multiple software systems used by our clients

• Heavy load of billing, inventory, and accounting support requests

• Diagnosing fiscal/tax posting failures (compliance related, legally sensitive for clients)

• Printer/receipt/QR code issues, sync and connectivity errors, login/auth issues

• HR and payroll system support (payroll runs, leave, attendance configuration)

• Basic hardware troubleshooting (POS terminals, attendance machines, printers)

• Working under SLA (60-minute resolution/escalation window), with commitments tracked and owned

*4. Would Be a Plus*

• Basic SQL or data literacy (can verify a config/pricing/inventory issue directly)

• Prior experience with POS or ERP systems in a restaurant/retail environment

• Working knowledge of local tax/fiscal invoicing compliance requirements

• Prior helpdesk/ticketing tool experience

• Accounting/finance background given the inventory and billing support load

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
